Welcome to the forums.

As accurately as possible can you confirm when this match finished? This also can happen as a display bug where it's corrected after restarting so please try that if you haven't already done so.

I can see two matches around this time after you were at 3753 elo, one shortly before this time you've specified and another shortly after and your elo does appear to be being adjusted correctly based on the results of these matches. I can't see anything out of the ordinary looking over your match record, However if you notice this happening again in future please let us know. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear you're also missing MMR. We are not aware of any issues with elo acquisition as this time, therefore it's difficult to say what may have happened.

- As suggested above, did you try restarting your game to check if it was just a visual issue?
- Did anything unusual happen after completing the match?

Does it often get stuck with 'synchronizing data' from a long time after a match?

This is something that is known to the team and investigations are still ongoing, in the meantime, while it doesn't sound to have done the trick here, restarting the game and console has been known to trigger the MMR to update later on
