I've taken a look and we've had no known issues with the servers or queue times.
There are many other factors that can impact a queue's length though, including but not limited to;

Like TheBerry mentioned there are various factors that can impact queue times. However, it may also be worth checking if your own network, for example the wrong NAT Type, could be causing issues with queuing. To rule out any error on your end, please have a look at this article and additionally, please try to manually set your data center, to make sure everything is set up correctly.
