I currently have an open case on a problem where my game would crash whenever I'd try to join any multiplayer match or even a lone wolf (case no: 14465211). I deleted and uninstalled my game last night to try to fix this. I loaded the game only once until it had fully installed all updates, the game and anything it had to. Everything is installed. The game loaded the blue screen with all the info about warnings and partnerships before displaying the error code. Once I press ok, it takes me to the main menu where I can only access situations and it says "installation still in progress". Please can someone help me I've been unable to play the game for about 4 days now and the rainbow six team is still yet to contact me. Please help, thanks
