The error suggests to me that perhaps it is been edited or quarantined by your anti-virus software.

Do you perhaps have any anti-virus installed? If so, try whitelisting Uplay and Trackmania to see if that helps.

If the issue still persists, would it be possible to provide an image of the error? It may help us investigate for you.
