Hi Ubisoft, sorry if my English isn't well.
At the setting of the game, I set all at the low except Texture and LCD at medium. It uses just around 2GB/4GB on my RX570. The game always run at 150 FPS and nothing happen until my operator has been hit by the enemy, FPS dropped from 150 to 3-30 FPS and popped up "! low vram 3,2xxGB /4,027GB!" but at the setting just show 2GB/4GB. And after that, FPS turned to nornal. Conclusion, FPS just drop while I being hit by bullets. I don't know a reason and how to fix it. Please give me a solution of it. Thank you.

My PC:
R5 2600
16GB RAM
RX570 4GB

Hey EddyBonz.D0nk3y!

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.

This is something that has certainly not been brought up before, therefore we would like to see whether this can be resolved.

First and foremost, can I ask you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, that will allow you to improve your in-game performance and possibly resolve the FPS drop when being shot.

Additionally, are you using DX or Vulkan API? If you are using DX, you may want to give Vulkan a go, as some players informed that they are able to achieve better performance with it. For steps on how to test this, click here.

Keep us updated!
