I live in the European Union and i always played on these servers, however 2 days ago i was switched to South Africa and i tried everything on youtube to switch but nothing has worked

Hey all! Sorry to hear your connection isn't clear. I'd like to have both of you try connection troubleshooting proper for your platform - this can be found here! Since the data center you're connected to cannot be changed on console, it's best to have as clear a connection to Siege's servers as possible to ensure you're connected to the proper server!

Hey lyu_grunge69, thanks for reaching out and providing an insightful information on the matter.

As it stands, you will be automatically directed to the server that has the best possible connection for you and in certain instances it can result in being placed on a different server. If however you are experiencing connectivity issues whilst connecting to a particular one then there might possibly be an issue somewhere.

So just to make sure if I understand this correctly - in certain instances, you will be attempting to connect to the game however if you end up being placed on let's say any other server than East Japan, you will end up receiving error 3-0x00050001, is that right?

Additionally, have you had a chance to go through steps mentioned by Ubi-Wan?

I checked it and can indeed see that this issue has been already brought up to our development team who are looking into the matter further.
