I always check my case that I send to ubisoft support recently I notice that my case is missing. when I check my email and open the case. It won't let me see my case. I assume that ubisoft support has deleted my case and close it. can I ask why?

my case is about account banned from cheated that I never use before. I play this game since Year 1 ss4. I pay so much money on this game even buy year pass for this year.

Hello VenomCrimsonFox! I'm seeing you have two cases open for a ban appeal -- 11475844 and 11487762. Can you please login to support.ubi.com and let me know if you see these cases?

Hi there, thanks for getting back in contact and confirming this information.

Without going into too much detail I can see that you had created multiple cases regarding the same issue so these will have been automatically merged to prevent any confusion or duplication of the support you are receiving.

You should have received correspondence regarding this but if you did not I apologies for any inconvenience.

Please note you can view any cases on your account regardless of their status by going to the "my cases" section of our support site, but if you have any further queries, please feel free to let us know.

Hi R4darr, thanks for getting in touch with us about this.

At the moment this isn't something players are able to do, delete a previous case, Ubisoft Support do not offer this as a service to players, Unfortunately due to technical limitations this is not possible.

Instead we may merge similar cases into one, if a player has contacted us about the same issue multiple times in a short space of time.

This is so we can keep all the relevant information in one place to be able to better assist the player.
