Can you try re-logging now? You should be able to see it, it may come up under the Free Games.

I have just checked the accounts of every single person i think who commented on this thread since the last response from one of our agents.

For everyone's general knowledge and information, unless the TS is currently online and playable, you will not be able to view it in your Uplay PC library, download it or play it. For many of you, I suspect that the only issue at the time of your posts was actually that the TS itself was not available

Should anyone be having issues with accessing the TS at the moment (as it is currently active, with the Shifting Tides content!) please let us know so that we may investigate further with you. To those whose accounts I could not find - please PM me the currently username and email address of your accounts so that I can confirm the TS is accessible to you!

@ottoturboman I have added the TTS to your account, it should be in your Uplay PC Client when you login.

Hi Operators!

I've gone through each of your accounts separately to make sure you have TTS access
Please note that if the TTS is offline, you will get an "EXPIRED" message when wanting to install and play.

Looking on your accounts, the TTS was already on there.
It's possible that you were trying to install when the server was offline.
You should be able to access now it is online.
