We've had a temporary degradation around the time of your contact for Ubisoft Connect Services, which may result in your progress for challenges being delayed and may not necessarily trigger as soon as you meet the requirements, however this has been resolved since and it should be working as intended.
Nevertheless, if you continue to experience this, give the troubleshooting steps suggested by Ubi-Wan a go and see if problem persists.
Additionally, you can also try logging in directly to Ubisoft Connect website and
check your challenge progress.
