Ever since 3 or 4 days ago, my game chat has not been working. I've done all the Xbox troubleshooting steps and got in contact with them and it still didn't work. I don't see the mic icon next to me and my teammates even when I'm in game chat. I don't know what to do as I've done everything I can. I don't know if its only me or more people are experiencing this.

What are your Xbox settings at for Audio?

The controller I have is the only one I have
OK no problem. If you choose the other option instead of Windows Sonic for the headset does the issue still happen?

Hi everyone,

Thank you for helping us investigate this issue, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you are referring to the voice chat in the game and not text chat, we did disable voice chat on Xbox for now but we have implemented a hot fix on the 4/11/2020 which should now fix this issue.
