Hi All first time here, Im an Xbox player for Siege and Wildlands, and on siege ranked the past two days Ive been a victim of a ddos attack 3 times when we were in our winning rounds and had a cumulative abandon sanction of 24 hours now. I wanted to know if there was any way i could at least get help to take the sanction off since I didnt quit of my own accord and we won each event. I dont want the MMR for the first two either just at least the abandon sanction removed so I can continue to play ranked and unranked with my friends? Ive already contacted my ISP and theyre going to change my IP but they suggested I reach out to Ubi as well since it involves their game

Hey there OGRaptorJesus,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and to hear you've encountered DDOS issues in-game!

However I'm afraid we're unable to remove any abandon sanctions or temporary bans placed on accounts.

Should you encounter any players you believe to be DDOSing in future, contact us directly via our Support Site or on Facebook and Twitter with the following details;
- The Date / Time of the match / attack
- The username(s) of the players responsible
- Any evidence of the incident

We will be more than happy to pass this onto the team for review as part of our ongoing strategy to combat these DDOS attacks.

Thank you!
