I've had a look at your account and can see that you have obtained rewards from watching Six Invitationals 2021 however it may take some time for it to be synced and received in-game, so please be patient and it should eventually be delivered to your account.

We currently have 2 issues - one is where your packs are slightly delayed before you're able to receive it and also not being able to earn your packs despite watching the stream.

I wanted to give you an update. I should have received at least 8 packs based on my watch time from the weekend. I am only credited with 5 in the inventory and have received 3 of those in game. Twitch only notified me about 1.

This sounds like it's an issue on Twitch's end and not yours, but I hope you will make the packs available by some other means as I know there have been many issues surrounding this whole thing.
