Here I demonstrated the differences between TTS build and current build. You can see that on TTS Argus has difficulties with soft ceilings. USUALLY the pointer on Argus shows whether dart with a camera can penetrate a surface or not. Two-sided arrow means surface is penetratable and camera could observe both sides by switching (space key) the direction. One-sided arrow shows camera can be attached to the surface, but that's it, no info about the other side.
For some reason, Argus on TTS stopped penetrating ceilings. I tried Coastline, Oregon and Kanal - the same result. Only one-sided arrow. At first I though that is merely a visual bug - but no, Argus camera only attaches to the ceiling, but can't penetrate it! Even hatches are impenetrable. Then you can see on my video that I broke one layer of wooden surface on a ceiling - and finally argus was able doing its job!
I don't know how devs messed up with that. Probably it is somehow connected with that part of patchnotes:
They fixed it and now Argus can't pierce more than 1 layer. May be I'm wrong, Argus still works correctly with walls, it only happens with ceilings. But all I know, changes on TTS server are probably going to become live to the midseason patch in the middle of October. And after that Zero would become half-useless.
I'd be glad reporting this on R6FIX, but it seems people are not very active there. My previous two reports were expired with zero reproducing tries (and problems described there are still a thing by the way), so may be you can pass this video directly somehow.

Fixed – The Argus Camera could sometimes pierce through other gadgets on the other side of a wall.
