I have lost access to 3 of my ops 2 out of which i had brought thru renown and 1 I got from alpha pack, I contacted UBISOFT support on their website and they told me that it is because my xbox game pass has expired but i lost my access to the ops 5-6 days before my pass expired and also i didnt get them because i played extraction on game pass! I have already contacted UBI and they said that they have raised the issue further. Same thing has happened to one of my mates and also saw few posts regarding this on reddit, anyone else got this problem?
