Dear Ubisoft R6,

There is a big in the game that has been an issue in my matches and it is that when the enemy lesion has the "Risen" headgear on. It makes it to where anywhere he is looking at you from there will be a very bright neon light that makes you actually blind and the best part is when he can see you fine but you're experiencing a literal seizure. Even if you kill him the bright light is still on the ground blinding you and your team. No offense but I think this is the easiest thing to fix either disable the headgear entirely or turn the light on it off. I am seriously going to quit this buggy game if this doesn't get fixed.

Just for future reference please create a new thread from the correct forum on your issue if one isn't already available just to avoid your post being missed, this is the console player support forum not PC.

If the game isn't able to be launched from your Steam account it's likely to be the case you're signed in on the wrong Ubisoft account. If you have any other Ubisoft accounts you're aware of please try signing in on those, when you're on the correct account you should be able to launch without issue. If you're unsure of the correct account please create a support case with us so we can investigate further. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
