When I launch the game after connecting to the Ubisoft account, I do not enter the game, only the image of Zofia and Ella comes to me, but it does not enter the game. this image:

Hey,

I would suggest to try running Ubisoft Connect as admin first of all. You can do this by right click the .exe file for Ubisoft Connect before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply". 

If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and see if that force launches the game.

Let us know if running either of these as admin helped you.

I will need to collect some detailed system information before we can make some more recommendations. Please open a support ticket on the website and attach copies of your basic system files to that case. Let me know once that is done so I can review those files!

Hey there @dr-ghost019!

I can see your case open, but it looks like the only attachment is the same screenshot you posted in this thread. We will need your full basic system files, explained in the link in my previous post so that we can review everything for possible causes of this issue launching the game.

For now, there are a few things you should try to see if we can get the game launching correctly.

  1. Use Ubisoft Connect or Steam to verify your game files.
  2. If the above process did not repair or replace any files, uninstall the game entirely.
  3. Make sure you are running Steam with administrator rights, then install the game again. Make sure you install it to the same hard drive that Steam and Ubisoft Connect are both on.


Try to launch the game again after this. Let me know if you keep having trouble!

@dr-ghost019 Thanks for keeping us updated! I am sorry to hear however that a new issue is happening after being able to enter your game. Our teams are aware of other reports of this error and are looking into things. I would recommend to keep an eye out on the thread here for any updates, and I have also gone ahead and informed our team that you are experiencing this error.
