I've tried contacting Ubisoft support several times only to receive the same answer "we're working on solving this issue" but then I went over to Ubisoft forums only to find that developers were gifting them the items they never received. I have evidence of such as when I completed the mute victory challenge I never received a pack. I do not have permissions to submit attachments but I have the proof if it needs to be presented. I would just like to get a response that shows that they are on the issues as its been a few weeks since my problem first started. Ubisoft hasn't been much help I won't lie. I still don't even know if its possible to receive a pack when the event is over. I decided not to buy any because I assumed I would be able to at least get another one from the challenge. Now, I'm all out of luck.

The issue is being looked into for those that haven't received all the packs. There is a total of 4 potential free packs during this event. After investigating your account, I've noticed you already received your 4 free packs. Therefore, we won't be able to add a fifth one to your account.
