I am writing this here to try to not only find other people that might be having the same problems as me, but to also get Ubisoft to focus some attention on console issues. Let me say I whole heartedly wish to play this game and enjoy playing it with friends. I have played with my group of friends since Operation Skull Rain. Through all those season, each year coming back, over and over, have I ever had such problems even connecting to the online services and multiplayer consistency. At the beginning of the new season, for a whole week I ran into an error that stated I couldn't connect to the Ubisoft servers and so I sought help on the support page to only hear as a reply that I should uninstall and reinstall everything to fix it. The problem was not on my side since I could play any of the other 180+ games on my console perfectly, yet I couldn't play Siege. Somehow after mentioning that the issue is something to do with server synchronization I could get into a functioning Main Menu. Now that I can play, I find out I can only play 1 or 2 games before I have to restart the whole game because after every game it will say "Please wait, synchronizing data" and will not finish loading. Due to this I am basically locked on this end of match screen. After restarting the game my friends and I have to play tag to see if we can connect to each other since this issue causes connectivity issues as well. Sometimes when we try to join each other we hear the sound effect for joining a squad but can't see each other and if we try to start a queue for a game or even a T-Hunt we get glitched and have to restart the game. In summary, this issue is server side and is related to when the server tries to synchronize our data during launch and/or when a match is over, this is not a client side/hardware issue on the player's side. When I can play Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 and have better connectivity with my friends there's a problem. I don't want to be the guy that says R6 is horrible and unplayable/not worth it, it seems as though the only thing people focus on is PC since that's where the ESports scene is, but shafting the console side will not help to maintain the community when each season has numerous game breaking bugs to deal with year after year. Yet, in all my years playing this game never had I had a worse experience during a season with no mention of any fixes or patches to help these issues. Please, I just want to play the game I bought and have supported for 4+ years.

While I am glad to hear that you enjoy Siege and like playing it with your friends, I'm incredibly sorry to hear about the issue(s) that have plagued your former positive experience with the game. Your feelings of disappointment are completely understandable here, especially considering the impact this has on your overall gameplay! With that being said, I can certainly get this instance reported for you.

Before doing so, please be sure that you have completed our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full. Doing so will ensure that nothing is blocking or interrupting your connection to the game's online services. Optimizing this connection will ultimately allow you to play with friends without experiencing interruptions. If that guide does not help, please grab a screenshot of your port forwarding configuration and include it in a case at support.ubi.com. Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful if you could grab screenshots and/or videos showing the error message you mentioned! Once that all is done, please let me know your case number. What kind of error codes do you receive in-game before a disconnect?

Hello Onyx_Spartan, thanks for getting back to us.

The synchronization error has been previously under investigation as there are a few variants and some have been patched in recent updates.

When would you say this mostly affects you, after playing which game mode?

Are you also playing on the Xbox One platform are you playing on and when did you first notice this started affecting you, after which year and season update please? Was it Crimson Heist for you also?
