I got contact my ISP and they said your connection is OK. Yea I am a player from Turkey but my average ping was 48. But now I am getting 70+ ping in gameplay. I got contact Ubi Support too. They said that "you have double NAT." And I got contact my ISP again and they fixed it.
But there is nothing change for me. I can't understand that my Weu and Neu data centers like same. Normally weu and neu ping is so different. I used to get 67-70 (65-70 in gameplay) ping in Neu servers and I used to get 57-59 (45-50 in gameplay) ping in Weu. But now Neu is same like 67 and Weu is 67+ or etc. (Weu:57-59 and Neu 65-70 ARE DATA CENTER VALUES)
After the new season patch this is happening to me and losts of player too. I thougt Ubi changed something about connection configurations. You need to check your configurations UBISOFT. Please the game is unplayable.
Also I am adding my weu/neu data center pings and old/last gameplay pings. And I added azurespeed because Ubisoft is using Microsoft Azure servers.

Hey! I'm sorry for not seeing your support thread earlier, we are trying to help as many people as we can!

Having an increase of ping is often a difficult issue to investigate, as there's no easy way of knowing where this change derived from.

I reviewed your tracert and it looks to me as though you still have a double NAT situation. Let me explain why I believe this -

1. The first 'hop' in the tracert is 192.168.1.1 - This is your router so that is perfectly normal. It falls within private IP range C

2. The second 'hop' would usually be a public IP address, as your network traffic has now hopped into the wide web. In your case however it has jumped to 172.17.1.75 which is a private IP address from range B, meaning this is another network device in your home.

This is why we call it Double NAT, you have 2 network devices trying to get you connected to the internet (simply put) and this can cause issues.

Do you have more than 1 router in your home? If so, this could explain it.

Of course there is no certain way of knowing if this is the issue, but it's certainly something you can pursue!

But before the new season I don't have any problem about ping. When you brought global rank system, pings are got higher.. I think that's about connection configuration. Also This issue can originate in Microsoft Azure's servers. You need to talk with them to solve this problem... I contacted my ISP, they did what they can do. It's your turn Sir..
Hello there!

May I ask what actions your ISP have taken?

We have a article with more information on Double NAT here, including some possible steps to work around it and try to resolve any issues possibly caused by it.

Hey there,

I have taken a look and you are correct there is now no double NAT.

Would it be possible to show us a screenshot of your ports forwarded as this may help us to identify the cause for high ping.
