Hello everyone, thanks for posting about this issue that seems to have resurfaced.

We have been made aware by out players, that in the last few days since the beginning of March some of you have started experiencing the 'Please Wait, Synchronizing Data' message which does not show you the renown you received for the Training Grounds / Thunt mode.

At the moment I can not say for certain if your renown will be reimbursed for these matches, where no renown was rewarded.

We have reopened an investigation into this and will make the team aware of this new thread. Any updates we have to share will either be posted on this forum or on our Twitter webpage here -https://twitter.com/Rainbow6Game

Thanks for that information DrCrumpette. We have been told that there could be a small delay in delivering renown and Alpha packs to some of you when receiving this 'synchronizing data' message, so you might see these rewards directly after finishing a game.

At the moment we advise you to restart your game and check for these renown rewards and Alpha packs in a few hours, when the servers have been given enough time to sync this information.

Please keep your reports coming on this thread if you are continuing to experience issues. We are ensuring that these reports are passed on to the relevant teams.

If you're unable to open a support case with us you can also reach out to us through our social support channels on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

Hey there guys,

Just to confirm this should now have been resolved, with compensation having been sent to those who were able to sign in over the weekend

I'm sorry to hear you missed out on this drstrangelove78 - I understand this is certainly disappointing given the ongoing issue

Please keep an eye on the game's official channels as we approach the new Season for any further potential chances for drops
