Hi, so I have been trying to purchase r6 credits for the past 2 weeks. It was not successful, I had sufficient amount in my steam wallet but everytime when trying to purchase, it will show the "Something has gone wrong, please try again in a few seconds". To no avail, it is still not working till today. I have searched possible solutions on youtube and steam forums but it still doesn't fix what went wrong. If it is possible for you guys to help me out here, it would be lovely.

Hello iPinkSperk.exe, sorry to hear about your inability to purchase credits at the moment.

Do you know what region you have your Steam profile set to? Do you know what regional game version you have and what currency are you trying to buy the credits with please?

Sometimes after a few failed purchase attempts, this can put a temporary lock on your funds when trying to make the purchase as it can be flagged as suspicious activity. Have you tried in multiple succession on the same day to purchase credits like this?

Hey there,

As your currency is set to USD, do you mean to say your Steam profile region is set to the US?

As having this mismatch your real location, may cause issues.

In order to resolve this, if you haven't already, please make sure you have Steam Overlay enabled (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...9394-yofv-0014) and this should resolve your issue.

Please also disable any VPN on your device.

If the issue persists, please contact Valve for further assistance, as there may be an issue with your Steam overlay.
