I had the game in ubisoft connect, but i buy on the steam to connect the game with my steam account, and so since I bought the game for both of them, I just can't buy r6 credits, because when I go to buy for the game, it's kind of off and it says ''This section of the store cannot be accessed at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.'' and so it's been like this for a few days, and i just can't buy via steam where i have money in wallet. I tried to talk to support and opened several cases, but either it doesn't open the live chat or ubisoft closes after a few days because ''I haven't contacted again

Hey there.

Sorry to hear you're encountering issues. I'd first of all double check your Steam overlay is working correctly.

Please also ensure Steam and Ubisoft Connect is running with admin privileges.

If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd recommend opening a support case with us so we can double check there aren't any issues we can identify on our side. You mentioned having issues reaching us or cases being closed, have you tried reaching our social teams? We can link a case to your conversation with us so as long as you message us the case will not close after 4-5 days.
