Hello. I'm a returning player, I have played quite a bit in the past, and now that I have free time I want to come back and play some more after a long time that I didn't play.
But I have a Connectivity issue called "Synchronisation failed "I failed to synchronize data for cross-platform. Please try again. And it keeps repeating every few seconds and I'm "offline" in the game can't play can't do anything. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering a Synchronization failure when trying to play Rainbow Six Siege.

Hey there @Fade_Is_Goated @spacierRabbit40 thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear about this error showing. This is an issue that has been reported to our teams who are currently investigating. In the meantime we recommend making sure that any profiles you may play on are fully linked to your account on the Account Management website. I understand that you may not play on any extra platforms so if there are no profiles needed to be linked to your account please keep an eye out on our News & Announcements for updates on this error.
