[2020] Report Player because the start chat on Ubisoft Support in Unavailable

I was playing casual when someone on the team decided to tk someone for no reason. He then proceeded to be super toxic in voice chat so I decided I would tk him to see if that would quiet him down. He then started yelling racial slurs and other inappropriate words in the voice chat. I went to the ubisoft support page to try and report him but the start chat was unavailable.
