I unlocked wildlands skin guerrilla skin and elephant skin for rainbowsixsiege via ubi soft rewards then the update happend and I have to buy them again this is not fair to the customers

Hello! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, this is an unanticipated issue that occurred when we transitioned to Ubisoft Connect.

Please bear with us, our team is working on fixing this. There should be no need to redeem the same reward twice.

Due to our general Player Support section being locked, I have moved this thread to the Console section.

Both locked & missing rewards are a side effect from our migration to Ubisoft Connect. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, our team is working to get this resolved.

Regarding your Year 5 Pass - Are you only missing the operators, or are you missing your VIP perks too? We are aware that some players are missing their operators and our team are working on a fix for that too.
