Hello,
I purchased DELUXE edition yestreday, but when I first logged-in for the first time, I saw that I do not have year 1 operators.
I only have 8 operators - 4 attackers - 4 defenders

I created a support ticket but it says there is high load and there might be a delay in replies.

I bought from the official website, and I do not get what is promised????
Am I missing something? why do I not get what I pay for??

I already submitted my case with REFERENCE NUMBER 17287531.

In the meantime, please note the Operators you will receive for the Deluxe version of a Year 7 purchase will be from Year 1 and Year 2. This means you should have received the following 16x Operators >

YEAR 1 - Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Capitao, Caveira, Hibana, and Echo
YEAR 2 - Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil

I took a look at your case and it appears we did ask for more information and didn't receive a response so the case automatically closed. You can reopen the case at any time by updating it! Please check your case history by going to this link and signing into your account. There you should be able to see the update from our team member before the case closed and you can update with the requested information.

If you haven't though, definitely check that all owned DLC are installed! You can check that using the steps here. Verifying the game files could also help!
