[2020] Error code: 0-0x00000312

I recently moved to japan and Im playing on Xbox. Ive been trying to play siege for the last couple of days but every time I matchmake for quick match, ranked, unranked and T hunt online, I get disconnected from the servers. All my other games have no issues playing online, its just siege when I matchmake. The data server it says Im using is Japan West. It says the rainbow six siege servers are unreachable, and Im wondering if theres a fix to this?
