So i was playing r6s and the game didnt load and we were in lobby writing in all chat and it said reconnect multiplayer ongoing unranked match but nobody were playing and now its 30 min ingame but the game isn't ending i tried reconnecting but it didnt work and then i tried turning off the game and that didnt work too and i can abbandon the game but i would get the 30 min wait time and lowerrenown for few games any idea?

Hello there, Tinco24! Thanks for sharing this. I'd like to know if you've encountered similar situations previously? Additionally, if you have, were there ever any error codes presented at any time? I'd also like to know if you frequently encounter any latency issues.

Hey Volly-, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

Based on the time of your contact, I've had a closer look at our server status and can see that there has been a temporarily Ubisoft Services degradation, which may have led to this happening, however this has been resolved since and servers are working as intended.

I am afraid that when it comes to temporary suspension, our Support team are unable to overturn these as it's being issued by the server-side, however I do appreciate the inconvenience this can cause and accordingly, will forward the feedback over to our development team.
