I still get this error since 2018 when im trying to connect my twitch to my ubisoft account.

Hello everyone!

I'm sorry to read you're all still affected by this issue.

Our team have been looking at this issue over the months and we have not yet been able to determine why some players are greeted with this error.

A new investigation has started and I'm forwarding all affected accounts to the team. Please refer to the sticky thread that I made here: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2314068

There are just 2 steps to try. If it doesn't work, add a comment letting us know and we'll forward your account to the team.

This is an important event for many and we would like all players to have the chance to gain their Twitch Drops.

I'm sure a video won't be necessary I don't have a concrete answer to this just yet, but I'm keeping close with the investigation.
