Hello! I have fully reviewed your account as well as your support case, and I'd like to offer you some insight.

I was prepared to refund you the full amount of renown for purchasing the Year 1 Ops, as they are included in the Year 5 Deluxe Edition and it would be unfair for you to have lost that renown. If this is not the answer you were given, I apologise, this is something we would be happy to do.

However, after reviewing your account I can in fact see that you did receive all of your Year 1 Ops automatically when you first launched the game, and they were not bought with renown. This is something I can guarantee you.

I'm wondering if there is perhaps some confusion between the Year 1 Operators and the Base Operators, which are purchased for a small amount of renown.

Have you made sure that these Operators weren't being shared via console accounts?

The issue you're referring to is in fact something that has been brought up before and our game team is look into it.

Nevertheless, there are a couple things you can check:
1. Make sure that you are not trying to access this content via gameshare
2. Make sure that you have your operators packs installed
