I don't know whats the issue, then I tried googling other players reported error message once they try to reconnect for me it's a complete wall.

Basically for a moment everyone freezes in place I get kicked to the main menu because connection issue and instead of allowing me to reconnect, game instantly gives me Abandon Sanction penalty even though Match is far from over...
This happened twice within a week.

I tried restarting game, uplay, PC, it's as if I get kicked without the ability to come back at all.

Anyone else had something similar happen to them and any idea how to avoid this?

@onframe1 Hi there, and I'm sorry that you're receiving these disconnects and subsequent abandon penalties. While Support cannot lift these sanctions, can you please go through our PC Connectivity Steps here to see if your problems with these disconnects improve?

Hello @onframe1 thanks for getting back to us.

When the game crashes and closes, you should, in theory, have been disconnected from the server as the game was closed.

In general, they both should work the same way. Whether you disconnect or crash out of a game, you should be given the option to rejoin. If you are not given the option to, or you have not reconnected in time before the match ended, you may receive an abandonment penalty for ranked matches.

If you have been disconnected from a match previously or left a match, the game will remember this and may give an abandonment sanction straight away.

@onframe1 I understand that this is frustrating, and I do apologize. Are you getting any specific error messages, or just a message that you are not able to reconnect to ranked?
