There's a bug when you go to the main menu of the console then you return to the game and the audio volume sounds very low and hollow and the only solution is to restart the application and reconnect the match.

How long have you noticed this bug appearing? Since beginning to play the game on PS5 altogether or since a certain update?

Are you able to capture a clip of this happening in the game with the share button, upload this to something like YouTube or Twitter, and send us the link to view this please?

Thanks for providing this clip @pollo_nauta2000! To clarify, could you please let me know if this audio issue occurs when you're using the quick resume feature when already in a match?

Thanks. I've reported this to the team for further investigation. Can you confirm whether the issue persists on different outputs? IE if you're using headphones does the same issue occur with TV speakers? Thanks!

Sorry to hear it affects all outputs, but thank you for the follow-up @pollo_nauta2000 the video you made illustrates this issue perfectly, thank you very much for recording this for us.

We have updated our investigation with this info about affecting all outputs, when we hear back from our QA team, or should we need to ask anything more, we will do our best to get back to you in the forum. I hope we can resolve this soon for our PS5 players.
