I am trying to get the August major charms from twitch and when I watch a stream it says "Enable In Game Drops With Account-Link" I click on that link and it says my account is linked and drops have been enabled but when I go back to the stream it still says "Enable In Game Drops With Account-Link" this has been happening for a while now and I do not know how to fix it I have tried un linking and re linking my ubisoft and twitch account multiple times I have also tried re linking it in incognito mode multiple times and it never seems to work it always says my drops are enabled but when I go to twitch it always says "Enable In Game Drops With Account-Link".

Let's try disconnecting your accounts, then reconnecting them again.

If you've attempted all the troubleshooting suggested by Raziel above then we'll need to take a look over your Ubisoft accounts to get to the bottom of this for you. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Hi everyone.

Rewards should be delivered a day after the stream. To check whether you have received a Drop -

• Visit your Twitch inventory.
• Open your Twitch notifications (bell icon in the top-right).
• Check the email address associated with your Twitch account.

We should be able to add the drops to players accounts in the event that this does not work, as long as you have correctly registered for the drop and linked your correct Uplay account with the correct Twitch account.

- Tell us your Uplay ID
- Provide us with a screenshot showing your Twitch username and your Twitch inventory with the drops showing
- Please also provide us with a screenshot of your in game inventory showing the charms not available
- Then finally, tell us which platform were you hoping to get the drops on?
