[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Teamspeak going off mid match

I don't see my name when I press the push to talk button, others can't hear me and I can't hear them. The only solution is restarting the game, and it usually means 1 round will be 4vs5 because of loading times. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I'm talking about the in-game teamspeak, or voice chat, whatever it's called, not a 3rd party program. Sorry about the confusion. No crash or error message, it just stops working.
