I played the game for like 2 hours a while ago and when I went to re-install it and try it again, it loads Ubisoft Connect and tells me "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product." Then tells me to contact support. I was speaking with a few reps on Twitter DM's, but it kind of ended before I got anything done... not sure why.
I had assumed it was somehow on a different Ubisoft account, and the rep told me which one was associated with my Steam ID, which doesn't show the game in the Ubisoft Library. Steam installs it and begins to run it no problem.
Any idea how I can actually play this game again?
