yesterday I was playing the rainbow with my friend and we were having fun together. but today when I wake up I was receiving an email that I got a permanent ban and I was not using any cheat and any Marco or anything in rainbow six. I was bought this game and playing this game since 2017 for 1000+ hours and I was never cheating and using Marco in this game. and I not even receive any temp ban before, Is there any misunderstanding? I really hope I can play this game more please don't disappoint me, Ubi.
