it seems i waited 2 years for ubisoft respond want to get back my account. but ubisoft just ignores me i gave proof thats my account and idk how it was stolen it was created on xbox i never shown anyone that i had ubisoft account. maybe now ubisoft decides to respond.

I am sorry to see you may have been affected by DDOS whilst playing Siege. Support are unable to lift temporary bans for disconnects as this is handled automatically by the game.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your account or any bans or suspensions on the forums.

 

If you believe your account was actioned incorrectly, you'll need to submit an appeal to have our Terms of Service team review the situation again.

 

It sounds like you've already done that multiple times, so I'm afraid if our ToS team has declined to remove the action after multiple appeals, it is not something we'll be able to change here either.
