Hey there.

We cannot help with ban appeals over the forums I'm afraid. I have checked the case you're referring to, if you didn't receive the email we sent to you before the case was closed you can also view our response by visiting the support website and viewing your cases. Even though the case is closed it should still be visible for you to view.

I'd recommend replying to your support case if you'd like further clarification on the situation. Unfortunately we cannot discuss this with you at all on a public forum. Replying to the ticket should reopen your ticket once again.
