Hello Ubisoft Support Team,
Today I was playing siege and when I use alt-tab, the game screen turned black and kinda froze. For fixing this problem I have to restart the game.
I had another question as well; what happened to ME servers? Are they finalised or do they return in the future ? Is this one server the only server we are going to have?

Thanks for your service, Inrieal.

Hello Inrieal.

Welcome to the forums and thank you for your questions!

For the alt, tab issue would you be willing to tell me when you noticed this start to happen?

Also, for the Middle Eastern data center, would you be willing to tell me which Country you reside in? Please let me know, thanks!

Glad to hear this data center issue has been resolved Inrieal.! In regards to this new issue you're experiencing, do you receive any error codes or messages when being disconnected or when the crashes occur?

- It appears that neither the game nor ubisoft connect detected this sudden crash so no error code was provided. The "game crash in middle of the game/in launch" was caused by having no paging file on the drive Rainbow Six Siege is installed.

- The main issue of alt-tabbing is still present and no matter when or where in-game I do an alt-tab; siege freezes, screen turns black and no sound to be heard. Also I have to emphasize that the game[B does not detect this freeze as a crash ][/B] and I have to force alt+F4 to close it.
Hey there

Thanks for confirming that for us.

The first thing I would suggest is to attempt each step suggested here. These steps are known to resolve most of the common causes of crashing/freezing.

If after doing so you're still experiencing issues I'd then recommend opening a support case. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in identifying any potential cause. The reports we need from you are:

MSInfo
DxDiag

Thanks.
