They didn't say anything specific about a release yet, but from the wording of the blog it looks like we're going to see it implemented in the first half of Year 6.


Pretty much this. There are some Reputation System features in place currently, but none of them are player-facing. Year 6 is when you'll start seeing more stuff come out.

You may get some luck via Alpha Packs, but I'm not aware of a way that you can buy it currently.

I've been playing Siege for so long that I instinctively hide if I see a smoke pop. Back Y2-3, Glaz was a popular pick and almost always hid in his smoke. Those brave enough to peek him would just spray wildly into the smoke before being melted by a Glaz prone in said smoke.

Good times.

I don't see him too much anymore, especially in Ranked since he's not a meta op. However, it's been fun to see him get a bit of love in the Legacy mode.

Traditional cross-play does not exist. Cross-generation crossplay (ie PS4 with PS5 and XB1 with XBS) is what the article refers to. So PS4 players can matchmake into PS5 players. XB1 players can matchmake into XBX players. There is no cross-platform crossplay (ie PC with XB).
