Great point. Doc is a support op, so like you hinted towards, making him faster would further encourage people to roam with Doc more than some people already do. Let's see how he performs on live when more people have a chance to try out all the changes on live.

IMO his shield flash should work like having a flash grenade spawn in front of him, meaning if you look away you won't be blinded, and it's actual room length. In addition, to somewhat nerf this otherwise powerful ability, the flash will have a chargeup timer in addition to the cooldown timer.
ATM he's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥, lower range version of Ying's Candela.

I wouldn't mind this personally. Although Blitz is still one of the more frustrating ops to fight, I know players have been frustrated with shields in general.
