Guidelines for posting Feedback on the Forums
As stated in the Rules and Guidelines for Steam Community Discussions:
Make sure you are posting constructive criticism, whether it's negative or positive. Contrary to what some people believe, developers do take feedback from here into account.

What does "constructive feedback" mean?
This means your post should include detailed information about your feedback. If you dislike an operator's kit or a map, explain what you specifically dislike about it and offer any suggestions you may have regarding changes you'd like to see.
Threads like "[Insert Opinion] Change my mind" or "It sucks. Change it" or "#hashtagspam" are considered non-constructive posts, and will be removed. This is not helpful actionable feedback, and can often be seen as bait threads or trolling. It is important to explain your reasoning so we fully understand what you are trying to suggest, a... Thanks for the suggestion! A lot of people who dislike the map rotation think that the rotation system should be exclusive to the Newcomer playlist instead. A change like this could give a bit more life to Newcomer and allow people to queue into a smaller pool of maps on their own terms if they want to focus on a few specific maps.
Some have also suggested the idea of Discovery playlists but for specific current maps. We normally do a playlist like this for map changes, but some would like to see it for all maps in general. What do you think?

I think most people would say to wait for Year 5, especially since Year 4 is almost over. It most likely would not be worth the time you have for the perks. If the renown boost is what really is selling you on it, you could buy boosters instead to help grind out for the operators :D

Thanks for reaching out! It can be pretty annoying, especially as Cav, when someone leaves to deny your interrogation. I've made note of it in my report!

Thanks! What kind of rewards would you like to see? How would this be different than the free Battle Pass track?

Hey there! Are you able to take a clip of the Bandit issue by chance? Assuming you are still encountering it.

Double-checking in on this to ensure if it is intentional, but in a normal 1 on 1 RFF system, the victim should get a chance to vote of it is intentional after the first kill. If it was decided as intentional, RFF is activated.

People have suggested similar actions to take place for when people are purposely destroying teammate gadgets. I do suggest reporting them for griefing with the in-game button for instances like this.

Exactly, it would be nice
Thanks for clarifying! I've seen a few players suggest this as well. How would you determine who needs to be matched up? Would you just base it on reports? Some people have suggested implementing a reputation system to help determine players who are often toxic.

Hey! First of all, your clearance level has NO impact on matchmaking at all. The system doesn't even look at it, and it is a fairly meaningless number. The only thing it is okay for is seeing how long someone has played the game for, and even then that doesn't tell you much about their skill in FPS games.

Secondly, I totally understand feeling more stressed in Ranked. It is definitely a mentality thing, and it seems to really mess with your head when in a Ranked session. It is also possibly due to the fact you are doing your placements, and the system is trying to determine where you belong still. Your first couple of matches may be rough for you, but they should even out after that.
To get used to the Ranked flow, I'd suggest playing Unranked instead, since it has the same flow as Ranked but without the MMR pressure.
Hope this helps a bit!
