Про апрель обещаний не было, потому что в данный момент идёт речь только про Альфа Тестирование. Есть вероятность начать Бету в конце апреля. Но точной даты пока нет, к сожалению.

Q2 2019 is here, anything more specific in terms of date?

Currently the project is in Alpha Test. Soon CBT would be launched. As for release date, it would be announced later.
