Hi everyone, it’s been a busy few days for us with releasing the September Update, preparing for free to play next week, and kicking off our competitive tournaments test today. We’ve also been poring over your feedback on the sub, social, and our Discord server. Here’s what we’re working on:

  • User Interface: We’ve seen the feedback about the UI changes we included in the September Update, and we’re making the following changes as part of a hotfix that should release early next week:
    • The Play Menu now correctly remembers your last searched mode to make repeat navigation easier
    • Searching for a game from anywhere but the Main Menu (like Free Play or Postgame Lobby) no longer requires multiple Back button presses to exit. The screen will now close when you search.
  • We are discussing the following feedback topics:
    • Quick Play functionality. The Play menu remembering last search makes it easier to quickly re-queue with controll...

Looking at the ticket, we didn't deny his request. They started the conversation with account unlinking procedures to make sure it wasn't possible on the player's end. Since the unlinking process may be unknown to some players, this is a pretty standard first reply in a ticket about account unlinking.

This shouldn't be necessary. You should only need to link your account to gain access to its shareable items.

I can find the replay myself but it would be great to see what your logs have to say.

You can find logs in C:\users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs
Once you've selected all of the recent logs (anything from 9/16 and on), please upload them to a media hosting site like Google Drive and then DM me the link or share it in this comment thread.

Can you share your game logs?

You can find them in C:\users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs

Once you have the latest ones (from 9/16 and on) you can upload them to a site like Google Drive and then DM me the link.

Issue still present. All my accounts have been linked on Epic Games for weeks now. I even went to the Activate website and confirmed STEAM as my primary. Xbox and PS4 inventories are not syncing. I don't have those consoles anymore to do the workaround.

The 30 day cooldown should now be 1 day. While it does require you to wait, you should be able to switch primaries before the F2P update.

Yes, it should be fixed once your inventories are fully synced.
