We do! To explain: the people who are being toxic in-game are often repeat offenders. This means that we likely have multiple reports to work off of. Generally, we'll just pick the most recent reports, so it's likely that we're just not using your specific report.

Just reset your game and the skins will appear
I've used 3, the Atlanta Falcons, Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saint. I haven't tried any other in-game yet just them.
If you haven't already, would suggest restarting the game as well. If this doesn't work, do let me know as we've seen this fix the issue for a couple of players

Anyone having problems with the new decals not showing up in competitive matches. Is that how they work or is that a bug. I hope it isn’t gridiron locked

Buying it for 1k gives you all of them (dominus, octane, fennec, breakout) or just dominus? I bought the previous octane ones and the new dominus ones. Side note: I can see my nfl decals (dominus) in training and in the lobby but not in game, it just shows my white dominus with glossy blue and glossy orange like a new preset

I will say that if we do end up getting the octane decals again (we probably will because it says we get 32 octane decals for thanksgiving so....) and we don't get a price decrease they can expect me not to drop credits on any more NFL bundles because that's just straight up disrespectful and a rip off.

Hello Thé issue seems to have been resolved as I got the missing XP and challenges, But my rocket pass skipped some rewards that I did not get, although they are marked as done and I am past them now in level.
I am getting items from future levels but not the ones skipped
