I'll report this now but can you confirm what exactly the behavior you're seeing is? When you're in a free-play lobby with other players, the controls when using a controller don't work in the menus? The input goes straight through the menu into the game?

If you purchased at 100 tokens and you were charged 100 tokens, keep em. All yours.
If you purchased at 100 tokens but were charged 300 tokens, contact support. You can either get a full refund or credited the difference in tokens.

Thank you! I appreciate that! We have taken all of these and are going through them systematically to see if there are bugs already filed or is we need to make new ones. One thing to keep in mind is that not EVERY bug will get added to known issues. Generally, bugs that are wide spread/major/higher priority will be added.
Also "Premium items from DLC (like DC Comics, MLB) will not stay favorited or archived. The latter of which can clog up an inventory making more prone to tab over trouble listed above" have you tested this one recently? It should have been fixed in a previous update
