Bug or glitch: Controller disconnecting at least once per session, only responds when keyboard button or mouse button is pressed then is back to normal.
Platform: Steam and Epic, Xbox One controller and PS5 controller
Evidence: Other people are reporting this on my friends list and in this thread

I guess my question is more about why I've never heard back after reporting people with usernames or team names like this. You're right that no matter what kind of preventative measures exist there will always be people who find a way to work around it and be hateful. Thanks for the response.

This is in reference to those little pop-ups you get when someone has been banned, correct? Here is why:
Our current system isn't set up to send these little alerts back for usernames or team names. However, this is something on our radar.
For people who are toxic in chat and get reported, often these folks aren't just being toxic in one game. This means we likely see A LOT of reports about a person. When we take action on a toxic player, we may just not be working off of your specific report.
It's a-ok to give me a little tag in the comments if you think something is important enough to warrant my attention. I'm looking into this now.

I think something to recognize is the lengths people will go to be subversive. Sending in support tickets alerts us to situations like this and helps prevent others from using spellings like this in the future.
That's exactly what I'm thinking though. My gut feeling is absolutely screaming at me that this is some level of rage baiting for karma points. Not discrediting the other team actually being very anti-Semitic of course.

Yeah, playing a couple of games with your diamond 2 buddy is not boosting. Playing multiple strings of games, getting them to a higher rank, and thus getting them higher season rewards? That's boosting.
When is something qualified as boosting? Surely theres a difference between boosting and just playing with lower friends. Either way, yeah its a dumb thing to post
So OP mentioned they are C3 and their friend is C1. That isn't really boosting. The skill disparity shouldn't be that high.
Boosting would be something more like playing 1's against the same person over and over and forfeiting games so they can get to a higher rank. There are multiple things that qualify as boosting but that's really only one example
Posting about boosting others on the subreddit where devs can see is PROBABLY not the best idea

Respectfully, I think us correcting this error (and it was indeed an error in how the player's inventory was looked up and confirmed) immediately after it was made proves otherwise. We handle thousands of customer care tickets a day. Occasionally an error will occur, and we're always going to do our best to rectify the situation.

I am sorry about the lack of direct communication on this topic so far.
Earlier today we released a backend PsyNet fix that addressed the "Ghost Credit" exploit which means that any trade using this exploit will fail.
We are still investigating the total impact of this issue, however, at this time it appears that only a small number of players were affected. Still, we are continuing to look into the issue to make sure that we have a full understanding of the scope.
While we investigate, we are also discussing what will be done to help those who were impacted by these trades. We'll have more information to share about what that means tomorrow, but in the meantime, players who fell victim to this exploit are encouraged to reach out to our ...
