"The game update for Season 2 will go live on December 8 at 4 p.m. PDT (12 a.m. UTC December 9) (pending first-party certification), the day before Season 2 begins." this quote seems to be confusing me a bit

The content will be available at 8AM PDT December 9th. However, the update itself will be going out at 4PM PDT tonight.
That is correct! Game update goes live at 4PM PST or 7PM EST

It's disappointing that some folks in the community choose to abuse the game like this but we do take things like this seriously. It really does make a really big difference to us when folks like you report things and file tickets about these types of incidents. I looked at it again, and all of my presets were reset, but I got my cosmetics back. I think I might've accidentally done what you said, where I made my epic games account primary. Is there a way I can undo that? Thanks, and sorry for the late reply.
