I bought the TW scarab early on from the car show for 800c. I dont know when, but sometime later, the price was changed to 500c.

I've been trying to talk to support about this, but apparently they do not understand (heck, they even make it seem like do not understand about item shop refunds at all, not that i want a refund, i just want the 300c difference. but in the course of the discussion going no where they keep referencing item shop refunds in an inaccurate way)

Hey Card, the TW Scarab was mistakenly priced at 800c so the price was shifted to 500c. Players who purchased at the 800c price point SHOULD have seen 300CR returned to their accounts automatically. I'll send you a message for some info

I've actually been pushing on this quite a bit! I don't have anything I can share atm as the issue is a bit complex in terms of solutions, but the topic has certainly been raised.
