Boost Recharge Delay
Enabled only when the Auto-Refill boost option is selected
You can adjust the delay from 0.50 seconds to 3.00 seconds in 0.25-second increments
Perhaps a dumb question, but am I able to set a cap to auto-refill? For example, can I make it automatically refill only to 33 or 50 or something like that?
Also, is the delay here a delay from when I go to empty or when I stop boosting? (so if my delay is 3sec, does it fill up from 25 to 100 if I stop boosting for 3sec, or will it only start refilling once I hit 0?)

No, it will always refill to 100

The delay is a combination of when you stop boosting and if your wheels are in contact with a surface. If your delay is 3 seconds and you haven't boosted for 3+ seconds, then the next time your wheels are in contact with a surface it will refill to full, regardless of how much boost is currently in the tank
